When you contact us or request a free audit, we collect:

• Name
• Work email address
• Company name
• Phone number (optional)
• Details you provide about your business, workflows, and tools (e.g. industry, sector, current tools, and the problem you want automated)

Some of this information may come to us through Google Ads lead forms, our website forms, or direct outreach (email, phone).

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and answer questions about Bizzy
• Schedule consultations and fit calls
• Generate and deliver your personalized workflow audit
• Provide, maintain, and improve Bizzy services for our customers
• Send service-related communications (never sold or used for third-party advertising)

We share information only with service providers who help us operate Bizzy, including:

• Google (Ads, Analytics) — lead form submission and site analytics
• Meta — advertising measurement (pixel and server-side Conversions API)
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session replay
• Ryze — advertising attribution (pixel)
• Our CRM and email delivery providers — storing leads and sending audit results
• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure

Each provider is bound to use your data only to perform services on our behalf.

We use advertising and analytics cookies, the Meta and Ryze pixels, and Microsoft Clarity session replay. How they start depends on where you are:

• EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland:none of these run unless you click “Accept” in our cookie banner. Until then, Google tags run in a cookieless, consent-denied mode and no Meta, Ryze or Clarity scripts load.
• Everywhere else:they run by default. Click “Decline” in the banner to turn them off. We also treat a browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a decline.

If tracking is off, we also don't send your form submissions to Meta's Conversions API. You can change your choice any time using “Cookie settings” in the site footer, or here: Cookie settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us at hello@33labs.ai. We'll respond and act on verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
