- Details you provide about your business, workflows, and tools (e.g. industry, sector, current tools, and the problem you want automated)
Some of this information may come to us through Google Ads lead forms, our website forms, or direct outreach (email, phone).
How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry and answer questions about Bizzy
- Schedule consultations and fit calls
- Generate and deliver your personalized workflow audit
- Provide, maintain, and improve Bizzy services for our customers
- Send service-related communications (never sold or used for third-party advertising)
Who processes it
We share information only with service providers who help us operate Bizzy, including:
- Google (Ads, Analytics) — lead form submission and site analytics
- Meta — advertising measurement (pixel)
- Our CRM and email delivery providers — storing leads and sending audit results
- Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure
Each provider is bound to use your data only to perform services on our behalf.
What we don't do
